Connecting Points

You are a divine and eternal being of universal consciousness and you are connected with your loved ones beyond the physical and time barriers of the ego mind. Celebrate your love and your compassion with those you love in spirit by establishing points of connections.

In my recent spiritual development circles, students create a connecting points board to use as a reminder of all the associations they  hold in their heart with their loved one in spirits. Remind yourself of the songs, foods, vacations, holidays, homes, gifts, hobbies, events, locations, and situations that connect you with their memory. You loved ones are only a thought away!

Reflect on all those meaningful connections with your loved ones in spirit. Creating a connecting points board is a visual compass that will point your heart toward specific associations and memories to awaken your heart felt feelings to sense their presence and help you know the eternity of your love. Celebrate your connections and sense their presence. The only barrier between you and your loved one in spirit is the limitations of your ego mind.
