Love is your natural state of being. As a loving aspect of Divine Source you are here to remember to perpetuate loving kindness for yourself and others. Love is your purpose to heal, inspire, and enlighten.

To love unconditionally, with no expectations is to be a truly sincere spirit.  Loving kindness begins with your Self. It is helpful to weekly, or even daily, reflect on all your acts of kindness and self-care and appreciate your spirit when you love with all your heart. How do you talk to your Self within your mind? Are you kind or cruel?

You do not have to receive recognition or an award for kindness. The intention of kindness is to celebrate the joy of being Divine and to support another Sacred being for their beauty. What you sense in others is what you feel about your Self.  The miracle of love comes in a gentle smile, a friendly handshake, and a sincere word of gratitude.

Forgive yourself completely and release yourself from the doubts of your past and the worries of your future. Remove the fears and judgments of the world and gift your Self peace and tranquility. Nature is great harmonizer and balancer. Walk in her presence of know love.

May you know love of Self and may you be loving to all that come into your mind and life. Namaste
