Seasons Greetings! May I encourage to approach the holiday with the mindset of gratefulness. We have so much to be thankful for and recognizing all the gifts of the universe can enhance your mood and perception. Start and end each day with recognizing ten things you appreciate. For example:
I am grateful for those that love me.
I am thankful for my home.
I am thankful for all my clients that trust me with messages from spirit.
I am thankful for my health and well-being.
I am grateful for all the beauty of the mountains and desert where I live.
I am thankful for giraffes.
For your loved ones in spirit may you hang their stocking, set a place at your table and serve theri favorite foods and/or desserts. They will be with you if you open your heart to their compassionate presence. One tradition I encourage is purchase a gift you would have given to them and instead gift it to someone in need.
